A rare standalone edition of this collection of poems by the Syrian writer Nizar Qabbani, first published in 1969.

It was later reprinted in 1971 and then incorporated into the wider Political Works collection, but never again issued as an individual title.

First edition, first printing, 1969. Published by Nizar Qabbani Publishing House in Beirut. Softback, stapled binding. In good condition. Some minor wear externally, including mild staining to front/rear boards, but without major folds and creases. Internally, no writing or markings. Ring-shaped stain to top areas of most contents pages.
