We accept returns within 3 days of the date of the item being purchased in-store, or of the date of delivery.
This applies only to deliveries/purchases made inside the UAE; we do not accept returns on international orders.
For deliveries sent outside of the UAE, we are not responsible for calculating or paying any customs import duties that may be charged by individual countries. Please verify these costs prior to making an overseas order.
Zerzura reserves the right to deduct a 3.5% administrative fee from any amount refunded, to cover the costs of credit card processing fees, packing, shipping and other costs of sale incurred by us which are not recoverable.
To be eligible for a return, you must return the item to our gallery in Alserkal Avenue. The item must be in the same condition as the time of purchase; any damage will be assessed and deducted from the refund amount accordingly.
