A rare example of this 1993 publication by the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO), celebrating the 30th anniversary of its formation in 1963.
It charts the history of the company from its formation, major achievements and the broader development of Abu Dhabi.
ADCO was originally known as the Abu Dhabi Petroleum Company and Petroleum Development (Trucial Coast), and played a key role in the economic development of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. It was later absorbed into ADNOC.
With colour and B&W photographs from the company’s archives. Text in English and Arabic.
Includes the original compliments card, carrying the name of General Manager David Woodward, which was issued with the book on release.
Hardback, with the original blue jacket. Published by Motivate in Dubai. Not released for sale. In very good condition. Jacket has some minor wear. Clean inside. 138 pages (50/50 between English and Arabic).
