A first edition of one of Roald Dahl’s best-loved novels, about a group of children who find Golden Tickets to win a visit to the mysterious chocolate factory run by Willy Wonka.

The book has been adapted into three films, in 1973, 2005 and most recently 2023, with Timothée Chalamet playing Willy Wonka.

This is a first impression, first edition of the UK edition, published in 1967 by George Allen & Unwin. With B&W illustrations throughout by Faith Jacques, and attractive colour boards.

Hardback, laminated boards. In unusually good condition, with only a minor loss of laminate to the extremities of the spine and slight bumping to corners.  Pages clean and bright with no inscriptions or markings. 128 pages.
