Gitanjali remains amongst Tagore’s best-known and most acclaimed collections, and roughly translates into English as ‘Song Offerings’.
Published in 1920 by Macmillan in London, a later printing of the March 1913 first impression. With a sketch of the author opposite the title page. In very bright and clean condition indeed.
