Published in April 1919 by Macmillan in London, a later printing of the March 1913 first impression. Hardback, bound in blue cloth, in good condition. Gilt lettering and border to front cover and spine, faded.  A few marks externally, contemporary owner’s inscription. Binding tight and square.

Very rare to find such an early printing in this condition.
