This is a later printing of the 1926 first UK edition of the book, published by Heinemann in London in October 1947. With twelve full-page illustrations by Gibran.
Hardback, bound in cream cloth with red lettering. No jacket. In good condition. Previous owner’s inscription inside, crossed-out with pen. Otherwise clean inside. Some toning and marks externally.
