They were compiled by his son Christopher after his death, and published in this format in 1980. It also features a fold-out map.

First edition, first impression, published by George Allen & Unwin in London. Hardback, original unclipped jacket. In very good condition. Minor wear to jacket edges. No writing, stamps or markings inside, fold-out map present to the rear.
