[SOLD] J.R.R Tolkien – The Lord of the Rings – First Edition set

A very nice first edition set of Tolkien’s epic fantasy work. These are the 14th, 11th and 10th impressions respectively of the first issue, published between 1963 and 1965.

All three books are clean inside with no inscriptions or markings. Original dust jackets are intact and not price-clipped. Some minor wear to edges, small blotch to front panel of Fellowship of the Ring. Fold-out maps are present to the rear of all three volumes and in very good condition.

Overall a clean and crisp set of this highly collectible work.
