A attractive 1903 pocket edition of the seventh novel by Charles Dickens. Titled in full as “Dealings with the Firm of Dombey and Son. Wholesale, Retail and for Exportation.”

The book was originally serialised between 1846 and 1848. It tells the story of a wealthy shipping firm owner who initially rejects his daughter’s affections before later becoming reconciled.

Softback, bound in faux leather. Published in 1903 by Thomas Nelson and Sons in London. With full-page illustration opposite title page. In good condition. Some rubbing and fading to spine. No writing or marking inside.
