The last of Roald Dahl’s books to be published in his lifetime, Esio Trot was released in September 1990 just months before the author’s death.

It strikes a different tone to other Dahl books, telling the story of a lonely man trying to win the affections of a woman by helping to make her pet tortoise grow bigger.

This is a first edition, second impression hardback from 1990. Illustrated by Quentin Blake.

In very good condition, fully clean inside with no markings. Some creases to bottom of back cover jacket.
