Hergé – Tintin, On a Marché Sur La Lune – 1954 First Edition

Dhs1,550

An unusually nice example of this classic early Tintin tale, first published in colour in 1954.

The book continues the story of Objectif Lune, which appeared a year earlier, and sees the main characters from the series out in space.

This is the 17th book in the Tintin canon and was originally serialised in Belgium from October 1952 to December 1953.

First edition. Published by Casterman in 1954. No writing or inscriptions inside. Colours vibrant on front/rear boards. No spotting. Minor bumping to external corners, as is normal on Tintin titles of this age.
