[SOLD] Ameen Rihani – Ibn Sa’oud of Arabia – 1983 hardback edition

Lebanese-American writer Rihani’s account of his travels around Saudi Arabia in the late 1920s, part of which was spent in the company of Ibn Saud.

Rihani (1876-1940) was a contemporary of several other prominent Lebanese-born writers who settled in the US, including Khalil Gibran and Mikhail Naimy. He was a highly influential traveller, author, translator and public figure who wrote in both English and Arabic.

First published in London in 1930. This is hardback edition published in 1983, by Caravan, printed in Beirut.

In very good condition with original dust jacket and no inscriptions or markings.
