Description
Christie originally wrote this play in 1937, while in Egypt working on Death on the Nile, but it was not published until 1973 and has rarely been performed. Set in ancient Egypt, it recounts the story of Pharaoh Akhnaton, his wife Nefertiti and his successor Tutankhaton – later renamed Tutankhamun.
First edition, Collins, 1973. In very good condition, some wear and creases to original dust jacket, which shows price of £1.80. A clean copy with no inscriptions or writing inside.
